To Anyone who can prove to the Nevada Foundation for Full Statehood that the federal government owns the public lands in Nevada.

AND/OR "for proof there is a better way of enforcing Nevada's right either to Yucca Mountain or other public (unsold) lands and water in Nevada than enforcement of existing constitutional provisions that recognize Nevada's sovereignty and paramout title to all lands and water in Nevada."

HINT: Start with Art 1, Sec. 8, Clause 17 and Art.VI par. 1 of the US Constitution.

Evidence must be accompanied by a tax deductible donation of $50.00 or more to the Nevada Foundation for Full Statehood.
